Recognizing this, Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, Lavale (BVCOEL) is committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by disadvantaged groups, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC - Non-Creamy Layer), Women, Minorities, and Differently Abled Persons, in accessing educational and professional opportunities. To promote inclusivity and equitable access, our institute actively implements initiatives aimed at reducing disparities, supporting marginalized communities, and fostering awareness about their constitutional rights.

Composition of Equal Opportunity Cell
As per the UGC circular Ref. No. D.O.No.1-2/2024(SCT/Circular) dated January 10, 2025, the establishment of an Equal Opportunity Cell is mandatory in Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) to ensure effective and transparent redressal of grievances for disadvantaged groups.
