Dear Students, Alumni, and Esteemed Industry Partners,

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the Training and Placement Cell of Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering, Lavale, Pune. The Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell) stands as one of the most vital pillars of our institution, serving as a dynamic interface between academia and industry. Guided by our philosophy of “Social Transformation through Dynamic Education,” we strive to empower students with technical expertise, professional skills, and ethical values. In today’s fast-changing global landscape, industries seek graduates who are not just knowledgeable, but innovative, adaptable, and capable of continuous learning. Driven by technological disruptions, innovation, and globalization, our responsibility as educators is to equip students with the skills, mindset, and adaptability necessary to thrive in a constantly changing environment. The Training and Placement Cell goes beyond conventional placement activities thereby focusing on the holistic development of students, nurturing their technical expertise, communication abilities, leadership qualities, and emotional intelligence.

Throughout the academic year, we conduct a series of structured training programs designed to prepare our students for the professional world. These include aptitude and logical reasoning sessions, technical workshops, personality development programs, resume-building sessions, mock interviews, and company-specific training modules. Our pre-placement training initiatives ensure that every student gains the confidence and competence to perform well during the recruitment process.

In addition to training, the Cell actively fosters strong relationships with reputed industries and organizations. We are proud to host a wide array of companies on our campus each year for recruitment drives, offering positions in diverse domains such as IT, Core Engineering, Consulting, Manufacturing, Research, and Product Development. Our alumni, who now hold significant positions in top multinational corporations, are a testament to the quality and effectiveness of our training and placement ecosystem.

Our alumni, who are now part of leading organizations such as TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, LTI-Mindtree, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Uno Minda and KPMG stand as a testimony to the quality of education and professional readiness that our institution imparts. Their achievements constantly inspires us to uphold the tradition of excellence and commitment that Bharati Vidyapeeth represents.

I take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to our Hon. Principal, Management, Faculty Members, and the Corporate Partners who have continuously supported our endeavours.
